Join our team as a CHC Assessor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring individuals receive the right level of care. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to review care needs
• Ensure compliance with National Framework guidelines
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for funding decisions
• Engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid NMC/HCPC registration
• Previous experience in CHC assessments
• Strong knowledge of the National Framework for CHC
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• The ability to work efficiently in an onsite setting

This is an ongoing locum opportunity with onsite working in North London. Flexible contract lengths are available, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
