Our client's school in North Liverpool, is on the lookout for a dynamic Chef to join our vibrant team on a temporary basis! Position Details:

• Role: Chef
• Location: North Liverpool
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Start Date: ideally March 17th 2025
• Working Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2.30/3pm
• Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 ??

What You'll Do:
As our Chef, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious, healthy meals for our students. Your creativity in the kitchen will ensure that every child enjoys a tasty and balanced diet. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and preparing a variety of meals to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Working collaboratively with school staff to promote healthy eating habits.
• Engaging with students to encourage their involvement in meal choices.
• Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A culinary enthusiast with experience in cooking, preferably in a school or community setting.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for children.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• A valid food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above is a plus!).
