Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for your next role?

We are currently recruiting for Chef De Parties for various clients in and around Aberdeen.

Hourly rate will be dependant on client and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to our menu.
• Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to our high standards.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
