Duties:

• Ensure provision of food and beverages to the highest standard
• To prepare menu items in accordance with organisational requirements
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment
• Follow all H&S procedures
• Monitor food costs and inventory

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3

Food safety certificate level 2
