We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team at a prestigious private members' club. This temporary position offers an immediate start with flexible hours and weekly pay. The role includes not only traditional kitchen duties but also the opportunity to assist with outdoor BBQ events.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the club's standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of menus, including occasional outdoor BBQs.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and served promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage ingredients and kitchen stock with efficiency to minimise waste.
• Adapt to varying service requirements as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changes in workload and type of assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
