What's involved?

As Chef de Partie, you will lead one of four kitchen sections, overseeing preparation while also crafting a range of dishes. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment is one of the top priorities in the kitchen and you will be expected to maintain that standard.

You'll play a key role in guiding junior chefs, passing on your knowledge and skills across each section. Our client seeks a passionate, experienced Chef de Partie who thrives a fun and fast paced work environment.
