Hourly Rate: £12.36
Start Date: July, 2025
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Sunday - Shifts between 6am - 19:30pm

Your Role:
As a Chef at Southampton Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious meals that cater to the diverse needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
• Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Collaborating with the nutrition team to create balanced menus
• Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen
• Engaging with staff and patients to gather feedback and improve service

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role desirable
• A passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
