Locum Childcare Paralegal – 3 months + – Full Time – Predominantly Remote Working – Up to £30 per hour – Midlands

Position: Locum Childcare Paralegal

Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority

Duration: 3 months +with the possibility of extension thereafter

Working Pattern: Full Time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, with office attendance on occasion

Hourly Rate: Up to £30 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate must have at experience in handling Childcare matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.

Duties may include:

• Provide legal, clerical and administrative support to the team of Childcare Solicitors
• Day to day liaisons with the Childcare team, Courts, external bodies, and other bodies
• Collating evidence, preparing court applications, and continuing the document management of Court cases
• Administrative tasks such as preparing bundles
• Be prepared to manage own casleoad
