What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience working with looked after children, fostering, or adoption.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
Proven ability to undertake complex assessments, develop child-centred care plans, and support children through significant life transitions, including permanence planning.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance related to looked after children.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, carers, and a range of professionals.
A commitment to providing expert guidance, supervision, and mentorship to less experienced social workers.
