Children Looked After Social worker- £38/hr-Hybrid

NonStop Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Looked After Social Worker to join a committed and fleixble team in a local authority just outside London

As an integral part of the Children Looked After team, you'll support children and young people from the point of care entry through to permanency or preparation for independence. You'll be a key advocate in ensuring their voices are heard, their needs met, and their futures brightened.

• £38/hr

• Good Ofsted

• Stable, on-going contract

• Hybrid/flexible working arrangements- x2 days in office

• Manageable caseloads (16-18) with strong team and management support

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

• SWE (Social Work England) registration

• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualifying experience in children's services

• Fully Drivers license with access to a vehicle

• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989

• A commitment to trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
