Children's Registered Manager

Join a 4-bed children's home in West Yorkshire, run by a well-respected local authority. The home is supported by a strong leadership team, including an experienced Assistant Manager and two Senior Residential Practitioners.

Currently, there are two young people living in the home, with plans to welcome a third. The home is built on a solid foundation of PACE ?? and trauma-informed practice ??, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people.

?? Requirements:

• ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

• ? Experience in disability or short breaks services

• ? Proven track record managing Ofsted inspections

• ?? Skilled in supervising and managing staff in a care setting
