Children's Social Care Transformation Manager

My client in South England is looking to appoint a talented Children's Social Care Transformation Manager on a Contract basis.

This role will lead on substantial service improvements for Children's, Families and Lifelong Learning (CFLL).

About the role:

Based in South England (Hybrid):

• The Transformation Manager role will lead on the delivery of high-quality consultancy services for transformation and change initiatives across the Children, Families and Lifelong Learning (CFLL) Directorate
• You will lead on providing specialist operational and technical support for transformational programmes and projects
• Evaluate existing service provision and apply specialist expertise and judgement to develop innovative solutions in order to maximise service quality and meet customer requirements
• Work will typically be focussed around service and organisational design, process reviews, workshop planning and delivery, project scoping, options appraisals, business case development, benefit realisation methodologies and benchmarking.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in Children's Social Care transformation, in a Local Authority environment.
• A successful track record delivering fast-paced transformation programmes and projects.
• Expertise in service design, consultancy and development.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £500 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
