Contract role – Leaving Care Advisors / Youth Supported Housing

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Leaving Care Advisors, in Gloucestershire – you will need to have experience in a similar role.

This is to work within a Housing Team as a Case Responsible Officers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to social care colleagues who are:

• Supporting children in care move on from their placements
• Supporting care leavers navigate their housing options
• Supporting care leavers who have become homeless

The pace is fast, and the work can be complex, but extremely rewarding. The successful candidate will embrace a trauma informed and person-centred approach working with young people and helping them explore their housing options.

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
