Children’s Social Work, Personal Advisor, Leaving Care Team, Buckinghamshire
Pay rate c. £33.30 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor to work in a Team in Buckinghamshire.
This is to work in a Leaving Care Team, and you will need to have experience of working with Young Care Leavers in a similar role.
You will also need to be a driver, as you will be required to visit Service users.
