Children’s Social Worker, Independent Reviewing Officer, Stockport
Pay rate £40 per hour
Contract role, IRO

We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Worker in the Stockport area.
This to work as an IRO.

The role is initially for 4 months to cover sickness absence. It is working 30 hours over 4 days per week with flexibility in start and finish times and flexible working/use of TOIL.

The role is primarily as an Independent Reviewing Officer to review plans for cared for children and pathway plans of care leavers.

Some members of the team also chair CP conferences and while this is not expected in the role, there may be occasions when the post-holder is asked to undertake this work to support the service.
