Children's Social Worker Team Manager

This post is for a Team manager in an area office. The team covers duty once every 4 weeks and manages cases from referral, assessment, CIN, CP and CLA through to final care plan. the manager will be responsible for managing a team of up to 7 SW, AP and SWA.
They will work as part of a team in East Leeds, chairing meetings and engaging fully with the management team. The team manager will be responsible for case discussions, decisions and the supervision of professional social work staff.
