A Team Manager is required for the Court and Locality service.

The candidate will manage a team of 2 Advanced Practitioners & 4 Social Workers who hold case responsibility for CIN, CP, pre-proceedings and care proceedings.

The successful candidate will have management responsibility and a track record in support and guidance to a team of social workers. They will provide monthly supervision to social workers and support the service lead and their peers in the service delivery and ensuring high quality and consistently good performance.

The candidate will themselves receive monthly supervision. They will be coming to an established team with a cohesive management team who are very visible and supportive of themselves and their staff team. There is an opportunity for hybrid working as agreed with line managers. The vacancy has arisen due to the current postholder acting up in a temporary service lead post.

The candidate will be based at Etrop Court in Wythenshawe, South Manchester and there is free parking available.
