Job Opportunity: Team Manager – Safeguarding Children
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £46 per hour
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, inspiring, and innovative Team Manager to join our dedicated team in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise across the safeguarding continuum—including Child in Need, Child Protection, Public Law Outline (PLO), and Court proceedings.
You will lead with purpose and action, supporting a trauma-informed Family Safeguarding Model that is:

Compassionate
Rooted in motivational interviewing
Focused on building empowering, multi-disciplinary relationships with families
Committed to keeping children safe at home where appropriate

Our Approach We walk alongside families, building on their strengths to help create safer, more stable futures. We focus on relationships and real support, not just risk management. You'll lead teams composed of:

Social Workers
Family Support Workers
Domestic Abuse Practitioners
Drug and Alcohol Workers
