Are you passionate about transforming children's services and championing professional development? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Children's Workforce Academy Lead to drive innovation, inspire excellence, and shape the future of the children's workforce across our region and beyond.
?? What You’ll Do As the lead of our Children’s Workforce Academy, you'll:

Be a regional and national advocate for high-quality professional development.
Lead, motivate, and support the alternatively qualified workforce to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs for our learners.
Play a pivotal role in the Families First Programme implementation.
Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to elevate standards and outcomes.

?? Who You Are You're a creative and strategic leader with:

A solid background in children's services (experience managing teams is a strong plus).
A passion for professional learning and development.
The drive to influence change and improve outcomes across the sector.

Contract Length: 13 months
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week on-site in Liverpool (must live locally)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary & Benefits: £48.50
