Your new role
You will be responding to user issues and assisting the team with a Windows Desktop upgrade.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with as many of the below as possible:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• NetScaler Gateway
• Windows 11
• Application and App-V troubleshooting
