City Based HR Advisor 3 Month Temporary Role - Immediate Start

A leading creative firm based in the heart of the city are actively currently looking for a tenacious, experienced, and engaging HR Advisor. This role is to start asap and will compliment a smart working, problem solving candidate who enjoys working at pace and multi-tasking. This position is paying between £20-£25 per hour and will be office based 5 days a week, Monday to Friday working 9am until 6pm each day. This position will initially be for a 3-month period with the potential to extend past this point too.

Key duties will include the following and will require a hands-on proactive approach:

• Employee Relations
• Performance Management
• Policy Development
• Employee Rights and Legal Compliance
• HR Information Systems
• Supporting Managers
