We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to join a reputable legal team in Gloucestershire on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a confident, self-sufficient solicitor or legal executive with a broad background in civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied civil litigation caseload, including:Personal injury claims, Contentious probate and will disputes, Residential tenancy disputes, Debt recovery matters
• Providing practical, commercially minded advice to clients
• Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from instruction to resolution
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Available to start at short notice
