Job Description - Civil Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Merseyside. They are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career. Please find below further details with regards to the position.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £40.09 £44.48 per hour
Umbrella - £45-£50 per hour

Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

Able to handle high caseload in Litigation cases from start to completion.
Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
To be responsible for giving legal advice, drafting documents, conducting litigation and undertaking advocacy.
Responsible for conduct of litigation (including advocacy)

About you as a Litigation Lawyer:

A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in Litigation law
Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
