?? Location Details:

• Office-based role at our West Malling, Kent office.
• Hybrid working arrangement: Office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with Wednesdays as work-from-home days.

?? Key Responsibilities:
As a Claims Administrator, you will report directly to a Senior Management team member and take on essential duties, including:

• Providing administrative support and assisting with marketing initiatives.
• Offering ad-hoc support to the Claims, Recoveries, and Surveying teams.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing case files, and updating claim reserves via our claims management system.
• Liaising daily with clients, underwriters, surveyors, brokers, lawyers, and other third parties.
• Conducting sanction and conflict of interest checks as directed.
• Managing diaries and deadlines effectively.
• Acknowledging receipt of funds and maintaining professional relationships with all clients.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in customer/client interactions.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with databases or portals.
• A positive and proactive approach to teamwork!
