Job Description - Class 1 Driver Tramping

Rapier Employment are on the lookout for Class 1 Wagon & Drag Drivers (tramping) to join our well-known client based in Abingdon. This is potential for temp to perm for the right candidates.

Role: Class 1 Wagon & Drag
Salary: £17.00 - £25.50 per hour
Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends if required
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Night out: £29.34 per night
Expected hours: 45 hours per week

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Deliver, install and recover products from customer sites.
Ability to follow exact directions.
Able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic records.
Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane) or willing to be trained.
Able to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hand tools.
Must be able to adhere to Health & Safety procedures and rules.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends)
Reliable and trustworthy, good timekeeper, able to use their own initiative and highly motivated.

Requirements:

Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
CPC Card
Digi Card
12 Months of Class 1 experience
