Class 2 Building Control Surveyor

Enfield Council is recruiting a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor (temporary post) to support our Building Control team.

• Full RICS or CABE membership.

• Extensive experience inspecting buildings for Building Regulations compliance.

• Familiarity with dangerous structures, demolitions, and contraventions.

• Strong post-qualification experience, including deputising for the Principal Surveyor.

• In-depth knowledge of Building Control legislation and procedures.

• Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.

• Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Must hold a UK driving licence and have daily access to a vehicle for site visits.
