Class 2 Building Inspector

• Assess and inspect high-risk and complex developments, including 'in-scope' buildings

• Enforce compliance, including responding to dangerous structures (on-call rota)

• Liaise with the Building Safety Regulator and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams

• Provide expert advice and mentor junior staff

• Maintain competence and registration in line with BICoF requirements

• Class 2 Registered Building Inspector with relevant chartered membership (e.g. CABE, RICS, CIOB)

• Strong technical expertise and experience with enforcement and high-risk schemes

• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
