**Qualifications & Skills**

• Qualified Teacher Status is required.
• A passion for teaching Year 6 and able to prepare students for secondary school.
• Ability to inspire and motivate with a creative approach.
• Capacity to build supportive relationships with staff.
• Must be adaptive and flexible.
