-Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning
-Committed to high standards of planning and marking
-Confident in building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
-Available for a full academic year commitment

-Teaching observation is required as part of the selection process
