This temporary, long-term position is ideal for someone who is passionate about primary education and possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The role requires experience working with primary-aged children, ensuring a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons appropriate for Year 1 students.
• Assess and record students' progress, preparing reports and communicating with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain student discipline and facilitate a constructive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons and school events.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.

• Must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience working with primary-aged children.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the specific needs of Year 1 students.
