Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and nurturing team at a well-regarded infant school located in the heart of Thames Ditton.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning, development, and well-being of children aged 4 to 7. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where all children can thrive.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of the national curriculum on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning to mixed ability classes including the support of students with special educational needs
• Helping to prepare classroom materials, resources and support with marking pupils' work
• You will be able to work as part of a team as well and show individual initiative
• You must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
• Assist with supervision inside and outside the classroom, while planning and delivering games and activities.
