Classroom Support Educator

Milk Education are currently working with a welcoming and well-respected primary school in North Tyneside that's seeking a committed Classroom Support Educator to join their team from September.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment, enjoys working closely with children and is eager to support teachers in delivering a creative and inclusive curriculum.

The Role:

As a Classroom Support Educator, you’ll:

• Support pupils across EYFS and KS1
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning outcomes
• Help create a safe, stimulating and positive classroom atmosphere
• Offer pastoral and emotional support when needed

About You:

• You have experience working with children in a school, childcare or learning setting
• A calm, positive and flexible approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
• A genuine interest in education and child development
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
