Our client is looking for a skilled cleaner to work on domestic properties within Northumberland

Job description:

• Main duty is to carry out cleaning in domestic void properties
• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning).
• Performing routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notifying management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms.
• Cooperating with other staff members.
• Following health and safety regulations.
• Properly disposing of waste

Personal Specification:

• Must have previous experience in labouring or cleaning
• Must have Full UK Driving Licence with own transport
