Job Opportunity: Cleaner – Production & Office Facilities

About the Role

A growing business is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join its facilities team as it opens a new office space. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production areas, offices, public spaces, and staff facilities. Working with a variety of cleaning tools and chemicals, you’ll help uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Summary

• Days Worked: Monday to Saturday
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (five shifts)
• Shift Times: 06:00–14:00 or 12:00–20:00
• Flexibility: Required for shift patterns
• Pay: £12.80/hour

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning of factory, office, and public areas including restrooms and canteens
• Managing consumables such as soap, sterilant, and PPE
• Washing, sorting, and storing staff workwear
• Stock control and logging of issued workwear and PPE
• Promptly reporting issues and following procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in high-hygiene environments
• Flexibility with shift patterns and schedules

Important Notes

• Manual handling and strict hygiene compliance required
• Only a solid wedding band is permitted in production areas; no other jewellery, makeup, or strong scents allowed
• Reliable transport is necessary due to shift times and location
