Position: Cleaner/Facilities Operative
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.50
Location: Cheltenham

Your Role:
As the Cleaner/Facilities Operative, you will be responsible for keeping our site immaculate. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the site, focusing on toilets, communal areas, shopfloor and offices.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks, which may include painting, building maintenance, gardening, and cleaning machine upkeep.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Managing stock control of consumables.
• Upholding the 5S programme to maintain organised and efficient work areas.
• Occasionally working outside normal hours as needed.
• Participating in fire alarm testing and keyholding responsibilities (post-probation).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with any other tasks that align with your skills and capabilities to support the business as required.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid UK full clean driving licence is essential.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Ability to obtain NSVS/BPSS UK Security clearance.
• Forklift truck experience is advantageous; willingness to undergo training is required.

Working Hours:

• 39 hours per week, with start and finish times to be agreed upon.
