Cleaning Supervisor

Pertemps are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time temp to perm Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our school. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the school are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the cleaning staff.
Ensure all classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and sanitized according to school standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Respond to emergency cleaning situations promptly and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with school administration and staff regarding cleaning needs and concerns.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.

Hours: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
Pay rate: £14.32ph - £15.68ph
