What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing cleaning standards across various properties in the borough
• Carrying out inspections and reporting any issues with cleanliness
• Ensuring contractors deliver standard quality cleaning services
• Liaising with residents, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitoring invoices, payments, and reports

What We're Looking For:

• A confident, organised individual with strong communication skills
• Local candidate with a good understanding of estate management
• Not afraid to troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
• A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What You Need to Know:

• This is an initial 3-month temporary role
• Based in the office 3 days per week, with travel across the borough
