?? Location: West Central London (University Campus)
?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (35 hours/week)
?? Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour
?? Contract: Until end of August (with strong potential for extension or permanent placement)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of 12 cleaners across 4 university buildings in West Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a prestigious academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of 12 cleaning staff
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across all buildings
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
• Conduct regular inspections and report any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH
• Liaise with university facilities management as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of COSHH and health & safety procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented
