CLEANING TEAM LEADER

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Team Leaders for our client, a large well established facilities management company. The role is based in Preston PR3.

You will be leading the cleaning team within a Mental Health Unit as well as carrying out cleaning duties at a Hospital in Preston. The general cleaning including mopping, sweeping, sanitation and cleaning toilets.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the Cleaning Team Members are following company standards and H&S measures as well as ensure cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Ensuring Company equipment is stored, cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Take responsibility for ensuring a safe system of work & communicating to workers prior to the commence of shifts / activities.

You must have experience of supervising a team of cleaners.

One of the Cleaning Team Leader roles is working Saturday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm and the other role is working Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm and the rates are £12.61 per hour through the week, £15.85 per hour on a Saturday and £20.87 per hour on a Sunday.
You must hold a current DBS certificate, or be willing to have one processed.
