Job Title: Clerk of WorksLocation: Decent Homes ProjectSalary: £25 - £28.50 per hour (paye/umbrella)Hours: 37 hours per weekContract Type: Interim - min 3 months
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clerk of Works to join our Decent Homes project on an interim basis. As a Clerk of Works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction work, helping to deliver safe and high-standard homes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect construction sites to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building regulations.
• Report any issues or deviations to the project manager or architect.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
