Job Description - Client Delivery Support

The Client Delivery Support role focuses on providing essential secretarial and business support to ensure smooth operations. This is an FTC position based in Dartford, ideal for organised individuals who excel in administrative tasks.

This opportunity is with a medium-sized organisation. The company is known for its professional environment and commitment to delivering reliable services within its field.

Description

  • Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.
  • Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email. *
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.
  • Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide cover for your colleagues work when absent and help other members of your team and other teams during busy times by demonstrating a flexible approach to work.
  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.
  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity. *
  • Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
  • Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when required. *
  • Support with queries and escalations from across the business, where these cannot be dealt with within the client 'Cell' in which they arise.

Profile

A successful Client Delivery Support should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong Excel skills / knowledge
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month FTC.
