Client Executive - London - £600/d - Contract - Banking

Client Executive | Banking | £600/d Inside IR35| London | Hybrid 3 days a week in the office 2 days work from home | 6 Months | Negotiation | Transaction Relationship Management | Structured Finance / Trade Finance / Loan Transactions

Our client is looking for a Client Executive to join their busy team where you'll act as a focal point for allocated clients, building and developing relationships with your clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions including post closure matters.
• Ensure appropriate client/account management coverage including annual reviews and KYC renewals.
• Responsible for allocated portfolio of transactions across various structured finance, trade finance and loan asset classes

Your Essential Experience:

• Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and / or legal experience essential
• Working knowledge of Structured Finance, Trade Finance and Loan transactions (advantageous)
• Detailed knowledge of the Issuer Corporate Trust product and structured finance market (advantageous)
• Strong transaction relationship management / execution & negotiation skills
• Strong MO skills, Excel, PPT, Word
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills

Location: London

Hybrid: 3 days a week in their office / 2 days WFH (You will need to be in the office 5 days per week at the start of your contract whilst inducting)

Rate: £600/d Inside IR35

Contract: 6 Months
