Job Title: Client Host
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Remuneration: £13 - £16 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, from May 26, 2025, to July 18, 2025

Responsibilities:

Front of House Management: Be the friendly face of our client, ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors. Maintain high standards of professionalism and appearance while managing reception services.
Meeting Room Coordination: Set up, reset, and maintain meeting rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and readiness standards. Handle room bookings and keep the booking system updated.
Hospitality Services: Oversee catering requests and ensure refreshments are replenished after meetings. Prepare daily visitor lists and manage event setups efficiently.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating events, supervising setups, and ensuring all technology and services are running smoothly. Provide outstanding service throughout events.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, manage security protocols, and maintain a tidy reception area. Ensure guests are directed to their hosts promptly.
Site Operations: Conduct daily inspections of office and meeting spaces, log maintenance issues, and manage helpdesk requests to enhance overall facility operations.
Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with staff and clients, actively seeking feedback to improve services. Provide orientation for new joiners and communicate emergency procedures effectively.
