Client Integration Analyst - Equities, 6 Month Contract, London

Marshall Wolfe are hiring a Client Integration Analyst to join a leading investment client and sit within their Equity Operations team, based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this team, a critical function supporting the onboarding of new Equities clients across cash and synthetic products. You’ll be central to enhancing client experience, driving straight-through processing, and liaising with key stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients trading Equity cash and synthetics
• Work directly with clients to understand pre- and post-trade execution preferences
• Partner with internal teams across operations, tech, and the front office to configure onboarding workflows
• Monitor client activity during pilot phases to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management
• Support ongoing enablement of existing clients with new products and market access

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in equities (cash or synthetic) within onboarding, middle office, or client services
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mentality
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and professional in delivery
• Familiarity with the equities prime and franchise business is highly desirable
