Job Description - Client Service Executive

Are you a proactive, detail-focused individual with experience in financial services client support?

We’re working with TrinityBridge to recruit a Client Service Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected wealth management firm and play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a first-class service experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and lead records via the CRM system

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across internal and third-party platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, manage adviser diaries, and confirm appointments

  • Prepare review packs, valuations, and documentation ahead of client meetings

  • Respond to and manage client queries, either directly or by referring to the appropriate internal teams

  • Monitor and direct new business queries and servicing requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Maintain strong document management practices in line with company procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and profitable operations

  • Provide general administrative support as required by the business or Client Service Manager

? Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client support or admin role within financial services

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines

  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

  • Able to use initiative and work independently when required

  • Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
