Client Services Analyst - Investment Banking - Global Markets

Marshall Wolfe are seeking an experienced professional Client Services Analyst to join our investment client based in London.

This role will be part of a global team responsible for managing pre-trade client relationships, where you will focus on driving client onboarding and account readiness across a diverse product suite including derivatives, cash, and repo. You’ll collaborate with sales, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure a seamless trading experience for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-trade onboarding processes including legal documentation (ISDA, CSA, GMRA), KYC/AML, and account setup.
• Partner with sales teams to understand and prioritise commercial opportunities.
• Engage with clients directly to manage timelines for fund launches, market deadlines, and onboarding needs.
• Act as the central point for client requirements across systems (e.g., FXAll, Bloomberg, S&P).
• Maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in Investment Bank client services, onboarding, or relationship management.
• Experience of pre-trade and trade across all products (Derivatives, Equities, Repo, Cash).
• Familiarity with legal documentation, regulatory processes, and trading platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI.
• Bachelor's degree required.

6 Month Contract Inside IR35 - 5 days per week in London
