FinTech Client Services Manager - 12 Month FTC

A law firm is seeking a FinTech Client Services Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the firm's FinTech clients within the Financial Institutions Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key FinTech clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Support client partners with pitches, presentations, and client meetings.
• Arrange client events, training, and secondments.
• Implement billing processes and reporting protocols.
• Analyze client data and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
• Knowledge of the FinTech industry and market.
