Clinical Governance Manager - Private Hospital, Leicester

• Location: Leicester
• Pay: £36.00 per hour / £4,600 per calendar month (before deductions)
• Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

Trident Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Governance Manager to join our private clients team at a leading private hospital in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing patient safety, quality of care, and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will have clinical qualification (e.g., RN, RGN, ODP) with valid NMC or HCPC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practice standards.
• Analyse clinical data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed a culture of safety and learning.
• Facilitate audits, incident reviews, and policy development.

Requirements

• A clinical qualification (e.g., RN, RGN, ODP) with valid NMC or HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in clinical governance, risk, and quality improvement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practice standards.
• Detail-focused with excellent data analysis and change management skills.
• Qualification or training in Quality Improvement (QI) or Project Management.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
