Role: Clinical Operations Lead
Location: Welwyn (Hybrid min 2 days in office per week - occasional visits to site)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £339.27 - £376.97 per day (PAYE) OR £450.00 - £500.00 per day (UMB)

6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Operations Lead to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and dedicated pharmaceutical company in Welwyn.

The Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in clinical trial management
• In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences or related field
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments

The Role:

• Lead clinical trial delivery from planning through execution
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams
• Oversee site feasibility and selection
• Ensure trials meet ICH/GCP and regulatory standards
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Build strong site and external partner relationships
