Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to medication-related queries and provide primary pharmaceutical care and support.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' medication therapy.
• Administer medications, perform medication reviews, and provide advanced pharmaceutical support as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on medication management and preventive care.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacist role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical protocols.
